I'm Founder & COO of Always Beyond Corp, an employee-owned managed IT company based in Calgary, with clients outside Alberta too. I run operations, service delivery, client relationships and the people side of the business.

Most of my week goes to the work that decides whether an MSP is any good: how tickets move, how clients hear from us when something breaks, and whether the team can have a real life outside work and still deliver. I think flexibility built on trust beats a hard 5pm cutoff, and I write about what that looks like in practice.
